A Great Smile Is Guaranteed

Hello and welcome to another August edition of the New Albany Implants blog!

We are your trusted source for comprehensive dentistry solutions in the Southern Indiana region and beyond.

We know that sometimes getting dental work done can be nerve rattling, and not just because of anxiety or fear related to the procedure itself.

In this economy, the real worry for most folks is related to the cost, financing, and projected longevity of the dental work. Let’s face it, no matter how much pain, discomfort, or embarrassment you have been living with, you won’t want to fork over hard-earned cash, or go into debt over a restoration that won’t hold up more than a year or so.

We get it! That’s why at New Albany Implants we’ve made it our mission to never put our valued patients in that kind of predicament.

Our team is confident in our abilities and stands behind all the work we do. As such we’ve instituted a guarantee so that you’ll never have to worry about any problems from us.

Dental Implants: More Than Your Smile Is At Stake

When you elect to get a dental implant, whether it’s to replace one tooth or a whole mouthful of missing teeth, you’re investing not only in your smile but also in your future health and happiness.

Odds are you’ve selected dental implants over other solutions because they’re known to be a long lasting, reliable, realistic-looking, and easy way to restore your life.

All of those things are true. Dental implants are certainly your best bet. That said, there are reasons that can cause implants can fail, and most of them are completely beyond your control.

If such unexpected occurrences take place we’ve got you covered with our 10 year dental implant guarantee!

What does that mean for you? If your implants are damaged, fail, come loose, or simply start causing trouble, you have every right to return to our office to fix the situation.

We’ll assess your current condition to ascertain what might have gone wrong. Once we know for sure what has happened in your case, we’ll work with you to make sure it is resolved quickly, effectively, and painlessly.
Here’s the thing you need to know: dental implant failure is rare at our office. In the many years we’ve been placing implants our success rate has been 98 percent. Still, we are wise enough to know that the unexpected does sometimes happen, and when it does we’ll be here to honor our promises to give you a better life through dental implants.

What About Crowns, Bridges, And Overdentures?

You’ll be happy to know that we also offer a 5 year warranty on all of our prosthetic dental work.

This means that if your restoration breaks down we’ll be there to get your smile back on track.

The prosthetic guarantee works the same as our implant version. You just need to make arrangements to come back to see us so we can perform an exam and determine what has happened in your case.

Once we know for sure what has caused the breakdown we’ll work with you to build a replacement and have you out the door before you know it.

The Fine Print

We will do our part, so long as you keep up with your end of the deal. As such, if you aren’t stopping by for regular checkups and exams, you’ll void your warranty.

Our goal is to boost your oral health and make sure you are taking proper care of your implants and prosthetics. But we can’t do you much good if we never see you!

Also, accidents, trauma, and neglect of your implants or prosthetics is not covered.

It goes without saying (we’re saying it anyway) that improper use of your implants and prosthetics isn’t covered either.

Basically this means you can’t: eat prohibited foods, bite into non-food items, use your implant posts to open beer bottles, fail to take precautions if you grind or clench your teeth.

It should be easy enough for you to do the right thing so that we can too.
