Dr. Receveur had more than his fair share of dental problems growing up. He was born with a partial cleft palate and congenitally missing tooth, which meant he had more dental visits in his childhood than many families have in a lifetime.
This also motivated him to provide dental care in a compassionate and comfortable setting for our patients. It’s also why he sought out the experts in restorative care at places including The Midwest Implant Institute and Malo Clinic in Lisbon, Portugal. There he learned from Dr. Paulo Malo, an innovator of the All-On-4™™ implant placement technique.
Dr. Receveur’s drive to help his patients is more than a general desire to help others. He is motivated by his own experiences to do everything possible to make restorative dentistry as comfortable and convenient as it can be.
It’s the reason we offer IV sedation. Few dentists have completed the training and certification to be able to offer this level of dental sedation. We have because we know that it helps patients (including those with dental anxiety) remain relaxed and pain-free throughout their treatment.
