Training, Technology, & A Team To Meet Your Dental Needs

Since you are on our website, we would like you to take a moment to look at the headings at the top of the screen.

You’ll notice that one of them reads “Our Solutions.” Instead of a finding a list of services (and we do offer several services), you will see a list of solutions. Why is that?

It’s because everyone at our dentist office in New Albany, IN, wants to help our patients solve or prevent problems. Our services are part of how we do that and so is how we treat each of our patients.

When you come to talk to Dr. Receveur or Dr. Frederick, they listen to you. They want to know your situation, so they can discuss your options.

To experience this for yourself, call (812) 945-7645 or contact us online to make an appointment.

One Place For Your General And Restorative Dentistry

Dental care can get more complicated than it needs to be sometimes. One problem can have you driving all over town looking for different dentists to solve different issues.

Or you can call the office of Ron L. Receveur, DDS. At our office, we have the training, the technology, and the team of caring individuals to help with both general and restorative care. We offer cosmetic services, too.

► Our Training

Dr. Receveur was motivated to become a dentist because of his own experiences as a child. He had more dental visits than most people because he was born with a congenitally missing tooth, which was affected by having a partial cleft palate.

Knowing the kind of difference that dental care made in his own life, he wanted to do the same for other people.

To build on the education he received at dental school, he sought out the best training he could receive. He learned from experts at Nobel BioCare, the world’s larger dental implants manufacturer.

He studied with Dr. Jack Hahn, a Cincinnati dentist who has placed more than 30,000 dental implants. He also learned at the Midwest Implant Institute. This was founded by Dr. Duke Heller, who has placed more than 35,000 implants.

Dr. Bradley Frederick is the newest dentist to join our team. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He has additional training in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, and like Dr. Receveur, Dr. Frederick has had training at the Midwest Implant Institute.

► Our Technology

You may be reading this on your computer, a tablet, or your smartphone. We all know how technology has changed our lives (mostly, for the better).

Dentistry is no different. A great example of this is the Galileos 3D CAT Scan we have at our New Albany, IN, dentist office.

The goes beyond what a standard x-ray machine can do. The Galileos allows us to take hundreds of images of your teeth and supporting structures from every angle.

Using computer software, those pictures can be reassembled to create a three-dimensional model of your teeth and jaw.

This is an invaluable tool both for diagnosing problems and planning treatment options, such as dental implant placements.

To go along with that, we are one of the few dental practices that offer IV sedation dentistry. IV sedation allows our patients to receive pain-free dental care even the most complex procedures.

Just call (812) 945-7645 if you would like to schedule a visit to our dentist office in New Albany, IN.

► Our Team

We’ve already told you a bit about Dr. Receveur and Dr. Frederick. Now, we want you to learn a little more about the rest of our team. Together they have well over 70 years of experience in dentistry.

Every patient is important to our team. That shows in how you are treated from the moment you walk through our door, until you sit in one of our dentist chairs, and after you leave to head home or back to work.

We understand that for many people visiting the dentist can cause feelings of anxiety or fear. We will do everything we can to help you relax and feel comfortable throughout your visits with us.
