Dental Work With A Guarantee

Getting dental work done can be nerve wracking, and not just because of anxiety and fear. For many people the worry is about the cost, financing, and life expectancy of their dental work. You don’t want to be investing in the future of your smile only for your restoration to break in a year, leaving you thousands of dollars in debt with nothing but more problems!

At New Albany Implants we’ve made it our business to never put our clients in that kind of position. We are confident in the work we do and we want you to be as well – that’s why we’ve placed a guarantee on everything we do. You’ll never have to worry about problems with us.

Dental Implants: What’s At Stake?

When you get a dental implant, whether it’s to replace one tooth or a whole mouthful, you’re investing not only in your mouth but also in your future. You’ve chosen dental implants because they’re a long lasting, reliable, lifelike, and easy way to restore your missing teeth. If something goes wrong and your implant fails you’re not getting out what you put in!

There are a lot of reasons that implants can fail, and many of them are completely beyond your control. When those unexpected incidents occur we’ve got your back with our ten year dental implant guarantee.

If your implants are damaged, fail, come loose, or simply start causing trouble simply return to our office. We’ll reevaluate your condition to determine what went wrong. Once we know what has happened we’ll work with you to make sure it is resolved. We’ll help you eliminate pain, worry, and implant problems in any way we can.

Dental implant failure is incredibly rare at our New Albany office. In all the years we’ve been placing implants our success rate has been 98 percent. The unexpected does happen, and when it does we’re here to make it better!

Crowns, Bridges, And Overdentures Fail Too

Our in-house dental lab crafts restorations from some of the finest materials available in the dental industry. We have every confidence in the zirconium, porcelain, and other materials we use to create our lifelike crowns, bridges, and overdentures. But even the best materials sometimes fail, leaving you with a broken, chipped, or fractured oral appliance that you can’t use at all.

When that happens you don’t want to be stuck paying for a whole new one, and you won’t be at New Albany Implants. We offer a five year warranty on all of our prosthetic dental work – if your restoration breaks we’ll be right there to pick up the pieces with you!

Our prosthetic guarantee is the same as our implant one: simply come back to us so we can perform an exam and determine what happened. Once we know what has caused the incident we’ll work with you to build a replacement and have you on your way in no time at all. We want you to be just as happy with the work we do as we are.

Is There Anything Not Covered Under The Warranty?

Just like any guarantee, there are some things that won’t be covered under our warranty for implants or prosthetics. We could simply say “use your judgement” when you’re deciding whether or not you should play horseshoes with your dentures but for the sake of clarity we’re going to cover some situations in which you won’t be able to take advantage of our ten or five year guarantees.

  • If you aren’t seeing us for regular checkups and exams you’ll void your warranty. We want to be sure you continue to have good oral health and are taking proper care of your implants and prosthetics. We can’t do that if we don’t see you!
  • Accidents, trauma, and neglect of your implants or prosthetics is not covered. If you come to us with a huge piece of candy cane sticking out of your bridge we aren’t going to cover it!
  • Improper use of your implants and prosthetics isn’t covered. For example:
    • don’t eat prohibited foods
    • don’t bite non-food items
    • don’t use your implant posts as bottle openers
    • don’t make funny YouTube videos of your dog wearing your dentures (we can find them)
    • take precautions if you grind or clench your teeth
    • We Want To Help You Live Better

Implants and restorations can improve your life, and we truly believe that you’ll be thrilled with the ones we can provide. If you have any problems with the work we’ve performed never hesitate to call us right away!
