Bradley Frederick, D.M.D.

Dr. Frederick is a life-long resident of Southern Indiana, growing up in Jeffersonville. He attended St. Anthony Catholic school, and graduated from Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky.

At Saint Xavier High School, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Varsity Soccer Team, winning two State Championships in three years.

Dr. Frederick attended the University of Kentucky where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. He excelled on the field and in the classroom where he was Academic All-Conference and Athletic Director’s Honor Roll multiple times. He was inducted into the Frank G. Ham Society of character, which honors student-athletes who show an extraordinary commitment to academic excellence, athletics, personal and career development, and serve as role models for the community.

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at UK, Dr. Frederick attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he studied extensively in cosmetic dentistry and smile design. He also worked as a dental lab technician while a dental student to learn everything he could about
delivering a superior product to his patients through great communication with a lab technician. Dr. Frederick has advanced post-graduate training in Orthodontics, Oral & IV Sedation, and Implant Dentistry at the prestigious Midwest Implant Institute.

Dr. Frederick enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family. He and his wife Ashlee have two young sons– Knox, 1, and their infant son Cruz.
