Security for your Smile

Tired of the slipping and sliding or your dentures? Do you feel like they are runaways just trying to escape at every possible moment? Maybe your dentures are just in need of a little extra security. At New Albany Implants, we can provide that security. Our state of the art technique allows us to secure your lower dentures using mini-dental implants at a fraction of the cost of full arch dental implants.

Mini implants are simply a smaller version of full-size dental implants. All this means is that the implant can fit where regular implants cannot. It is ideal for securing dentures because we can usually snap your dentures on the mini implants the day of the procedure. You’ll feel very little pain, and the benefits will be immediate.

The Process

We want this process to go as smoothly as possible. Therefore, we offer you two types of sedation. We’ll send you home with oral sedation to take the night before the procedure. This will allow you to get a good night’s sleep. The next morning, we will use IV sedation during the surgery. Paired with the oral sedation, your IV sedation will make you even more relaxed so that you have no memory or sensation while we work. We will place the mini implants on your lower jaw and fit your dentures to the implants.

When you wake up, we will show you how to attach your dentures to the tops of the implants. You will be able to snap the dentures in and out. You can leave the office and get back to eating your favorite foods that evening! The process is quick, simple, and virtually pain free. This procedure is the kind that will pay for itself over and over because you will be so thankful every time you take a bite, smile, or want to talk with an old friend. You’ll be thankful that your teeth are completely secure, and that feeling won’t go away because this is a permanent solution!
