Dr. Receveur graduated High Honors with a B.A. in Chemistry from Indiana University. He earned his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1981, specializing in solving congenital dental abnormalities. Dr. Receveur is a graduate of The Midwest Implant Institute and The All-On-4™ Clinical Residency at Malo Clinic, Lisbon, Portugal.

Dr. Frederick is a lifelong resident of southern Indiana, having grown up in Jeffersonville, IN.
